  • Salary: £23,114 per annum - £23,893 per annum
  • Actual Salary: £19,968 per annum - £20,641 per annum (Dependent on qualifications and experience)
Are you passionate about helping students with special educational needs (SEN) build their employability skills? Join us as an Inclusive Learning Employability Coach and play a vital role in supporting and supervising students on their journey toward workplace success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for students with SEN, supporting their employability development.
  • Collaborate with course teams to provide placement-related support and participate in student inductions.
  • Facilitate vocational profiling, job matching, and build strong relationships with employers.
  • Provide learning support, develop individualised support plans, and lead small group sessions.
  • Ensure clear communication with course teams and maintain accurate support records.
