About the Role:

As a Job Coach, you will play a crucial role in empowering service users to overcome personal barriers and thrive in work settings. You'll provide tailored, on-the-job training, helping individuals gain competency and confidence in their roles. Working closely with our Supported Internship Coordinator, you'll design and implement training programs that are practical, supportive, and effective in helping service users achieve their employment goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver hands-on job coaching and training in integrated work environments.
  • Provide guidance and support to service users, employers, and co-workers to ensure successful placement.
  • Conduct detailed job analyses and assist with risk assessments for potential placements.
  • Develop individualized training plans that promote skill-building and independence.
What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a compassionate, motivated individual with:
  • Experience working with people with learning disabilities.
  • Minimum Level 2 qualifications in literacy and numeracy.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A driving license and willingness to travel to employer sites.
  • An empathetic, flexible, and proactive approach to supporting service users.
While previous experience as a job coach or conducting risk assessments is desirable, we are more interested in your ability to engage with individuals and help them grow!
