Bedford College Services (BCS) are currently seeking a Assistant Manager - Swim School Coordinator at our Trinity Leisure Centre in Bedford.

The Assistant Manager for BCS, play an important role in the success of our students and customers through:
  • being responsible on a rota basis for the safe operation of the Centre.
  • providing services to internal and external customers, effectively
  • having lead responsibility for the effective operation of all 'SOF associated programmes including ensuring all specific health and safety duties are met.
Ideal candidates will have experience of demonstrable experience working in a Leisure Centre, with evidence of managing and delivering Swim Programmes, alongside the following qualifications:
  • NPLQ fully qualified or about to achieve this
  • Level 2 qualification in relevant subject
  • Level 1 Swim teacher qualification
  • Level 2 swim teacher qualification
