South Essex College is the largest provider of technical and vocational education and training for 16-18 year olds, adults and apprenticeship provision within Essex - and we are growing! The main responsibilities of this role are to provide work based assessment, coaching & support to apprentices to enable them to fulfil their course requirements including End Point Assessment. The post holder will be supporting Apprentices working towards the Plumbing & Domestic Heating standard along with other skills, knowledge and behaviours that are developed. Assessors will work with apprentices in both group and individual basis. This interaction with apprentices will take place at the apprentices workplace and vocational campus. This role also requires good communication skills across all departments and including the apprentices employer. At least 5 years industry experience within the industry sector role. Interviews for shortlisted candidates will take place at Luckyn Lane, Basildon.
