We are looking for enthusiastic and inspiring individuals to join our dedicated and committed Learning Support Team, who provide targeted support to learners.

Based at Bicton College, A Higher Learning Support Practitioner (HLSP) will work with a department or case load of learners with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and assist to provide appropriate levels of support in line with the assessed needs of the learner. The post holder will work as an LSP with additional duties such as delivering targeted support interventions, assisting with front-line absence cover and ensuring the smooth running of support within their allocated case load.

An interest in the land-based curriculum is desirable.

Literacy and numeracy qualifications, or a willingness to work towards Level 2 are essential.
