Industry Placement Team Industry Placement Coordinator Part Time | term-time FTE 0.4279 18.5 hours per week, 38 weeks per year Pro Rata of £26,021.00 An exciting opportunity to work one to one supporting students into work placements. We are looking for someone who is committed to enabling young people of varying academic abilities and needs to reach their potential. The role will involve working with the industry placement and learning support teams encouraging and supporting young people with their industry placement. The role will involve employer engagement, working with employers to ensure they understand the student's needs and dealing with any issues that arise on the placement. At times the IP Coordinator will also accompany students on placements.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of a Level 3 qualification or equivalent as well as GCSE English & Maths at grade C or above. Effective organisations and administrative skills are essential as well as excellent communication skills, competent IT skills and the ability to develop new working.
