We currently have a vacancy to join our highly successful apprenticeship team, as an Industry Coach for our apprentices completing their Apprenticeship to become a qualified Electrician. You will have appropriate industry experience.

The Industry Coach will provide a tripartite service in the workplace. Sharing your skills and knowledge, you will utilise your experience to motivate apprentices and other work-based candidates to achieve their qualification. You will work to enhance and support the learner and employer experience through effective skills coaching and will be responsible for supporting and assessing off the job elements through training sessions and one to one meetings with the apprentice and employer. You will support learners on all elements of their apprenticeship including skills, knowledge, and behaviours. This role will require fully preparing apprentices as they work towards their end point assessment.

Working from our Aldershot Campus, the post is to deliver high quality training and assessment that supports effective learning and high levels of learner retention and achievement.

You will have a level 3 or above qualification in Electrical Installation and relevant industry experience. In addition, you will ideally have a recognised assessor qualification although the college will train and support suitable candidates to achieve their Assessor qualification.
