Due to expansion of apprenticeships, we currently have a vacancy to join our highly successful apprenticeship team, as a Coach/Mentor in Apprenticeships.

The Coach/Mentor will support and guide apprentices to 100% timely achievement, attain excellent employer and apprentice feedback and assist apprentices and employers to prepare for the end-point assessment for the apprenticeship standards. This will include visiting apprentices in their workplace to carry out quarterly reviews so some travel will be required.

Working from our Business Services team in Farnborough, the post will include working with employers, apprentices, and working with colleagues from across the College to deliver outstanding apprenticeships in a way that supports effective learning and high levels of retention and achievement.

Applicants will need to be qualified to at least level 3. A high level of motivation, administration skills and organisation are key, and applicants must also have excellent communication and IT skills.
