As an HLTA, you will play a pivotal role in supporting class teachers, leading small group interventions, and delivering lessons across a variety of subjects. You'll be an essential part of the teaching team, contributing to the school's commitment to providing the highest standards of education.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons, supporting children's learning across the curriculum.
• Lead and manage small group interventions to raise attainment in key subjects.
• Provide cover for teachers when required, ensuring continuity of education.
• Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress.
