Job description
  • West Suffolk College, supporting Eastern Education Group sites across Suffolk such as Exning, Bury St Edmunds, Ipswich, Thetford, Sudbury, Haverhill
  • 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, Permanent
  • Salary: £23,114 per annum - £23,893 per annum
We are seeking an individual who can provide mobile service and customer support to Eastern Education Group. This role will assist with any problems relating to software, hardware and networking that arise, dealing with these requests in a timely manner ensuring minimal disruption for staff and students.

The successful candidate should be able to work in a fast paced, agile team and confident to work without supervision. This is a mobile role which supports across our campuses and possession of a full driving license is essential.
