About the role:
We are looking for Telemarketing Executives to join our Contact Centre team to support with promoting our offering to prospective students and business clients.
In this role you'll proactively contact businesses and individuals to convert potential leads for both Higher Education and B2B programmes into clients or enrolled students. You’ll keep in touch with them to build relationships and convert interest into enrolments or sales.
Working across the sales, marketing, and admissions teams, you'll also collaborate to support their efforts, for instance with marketing campaigns by following up on leads they generate.
This is a permanent, full-time position working at our Reading College campus.
What do you need to be successful as a Telemarketing Executive at Activate Learning?
The successful candidate will have experience working as part of a multi-disciplinary team in administration and customer service. You should be competent in the use of technology to support business processes, and familiar with using data to report outcomes. You'll require strong organisational skills, initiative and communication skills to support your work.
The ideal candidate will also have experience working in an educational environment, of promoting training and educational opportunities, and experience in sales or telemarketing, including generating and converting leads.
