Key Responsibilities:

• Assessing the progress and site work of apprentices working towards their NVQ in Electrical Installation.
• Providing support and guidance to students and addressing challenges (there are opportunities to become an Assessor too).
• Integrating industry experience into teaching to offer practical insights.
• Promoting College values and adhering to safeguarding policies.
• Engaging in continuous professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

• Preferably holds a minimum Level 3 qualification in Electrical/related field.
• Valuable experience in teaching or assing experience.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for education.
• Commitment to promoting student welfare and fostering inclusivity.
