About the role:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Teaching Improvement Manager who will play a pivotal role in supporting our teachers to enhance their practice through coaching, mentoring, and delivering comprehensive training sessions at both local and cross-college professional development events. In this role, you will actively contribute to the improvement of Teaching, Learning, and Assessment across CCCG.
