ABOUT THE ROLE

Access Education Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the promotion and development of our Access Creative College course offerings. Your mission will be to drive student recruitment, enhance brand awareness, and support our ambitious growth targets. This is more than just a marketing role-it's a chance to influence the next generation of creatives in the UK.

In this role, you will take the reins of our marketing campaigns, from conceptualisation through to execution, across a variety of channels including digital, print, and events. Your strategic thinking and project management skills will ensure that each campaign not only meets its objectives but also resonates with our diverse audience. Collaboration will be key, as you work closely with Curriculum and Campus teams, Alumni, and Current Students to ensure our marketing efforts are aligned and impactful. With a keen eye on market trends and student needs, you'll position our 16-18 courses as the top choice for young creatives looking to forge a successful career. You must be willing to travel.

ABOUT YOU

To excel in this role, you'll need a strong background in marketing, particularly within the education or creative sectors. You've proven your ability to manage and deliver complex campaigns that capture attention and drive results. Your experience in product marketing will be crucial as you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies that highlight the unique benefits of our courses and how they stand out in a competitive market.

You've not only led teams but also inspired them to reach new heights. You understand the importance of fostering a collaborative and innovative environment, where each team member feels valued and motivated. Your communication skills are second to none, allowing you to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, from prospective students and their parents to educational partners and industry influencers.

You're analytical by nature, using data and market insights to inform your decisions and continuously improve our marketing efforts. At the same time, your creative flair allows you to develop campaigns that are both original and effective. You're not afraid to embrace new technologies and trends, and you're always looking for ways to push the envelope.

SALARY SCALE: £32-£37,000 per annum, plus non-contractual performance-related bonus
