An exciting opportunity has arisen at Oaklands for an online assessor to provide assessment, feedback and support for our online students.

The College is developing in a transformational way, and we are seeking an online assessor to play a vital role in our Journey.

We are looking for a self-motivated online assessor to join our team and play a crucial role in the success of our online students. In this position, you will assess students work against the awarding body criteria, support students with developing skills needed to successfully complete online qualifications and monitor a caseload of students and report to the lead IQA You will also be responsible for specific learning programmes and the success of learners on those programmes.

The ideal candidate will have experience of assessing work against awarding body standards, hold assessor qualifications and have industry expertise and CPD in the area. We need individuals who can assess across a range of health and social care, childcare and team leading qualifications. You will have strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and be self-motivated. . You should be proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively. Previous experience online assessment platforms is essential, along with a commitment to providing a high-quality students experience.
