Based at our Camborne campus, we are looking to recruit an Apprenticeship Advisor to be part of a well-established team looking after a caseload of apprentices and employers, and offer an exciting opportunity to support the growth of apprenticeships and work place learning. You will be responsible for identifying employers that would benefit from apprentices and work place learning supported through TCCG.

You will need to be excellent at identifying opportunities and converting these to business through strong relationship management. Experience of relationship management and sales are essential to this role. Knowledge of apprenticeships and funding is an advantage, however full training will be provided.

Applicants should ideally have experience of teaching and/or training in the Construction sector however Teacher Training can be provided for the right applicant with extensive industry experience. Applicants should have verifiable experience of working on a site and preferably tickets in some of the following: 360 excavator, dumper, tipper, telehandler, ride on roller (excavator or dumper/tipper is preferred - either NPORS OR CPCS).
