With responsibility for the delivery of a range of events, including Regional Tournaments, and to shape our approach to sport development projects, this role must provide an outstanding level of service to our member colleges and external partners. This is an exciting time to join our team as we plan to meet the challenges of the Government and Sport England strategies as well as our own recently published strategic framework.

We are looking for someone with a sports development background to lead on development of high quality competition and development opportunities in the SE regions, with a key role in managing and delivery of the AoC Sport regional tournaments, local development opportunities and wider AoC Sport competitions and events. We are looking someone with a history of partnership working to lead on partnerships with key organisations regionally and nationally. Knowledge of AoC Sport programmes and in particular how they are embedded into FE Colleges is essential and a key history of being able to manage and build strong relationships with colleges to support and enhance competitive sport regionally and nationally.

Location: The role will require travel to member colleges, sports competitions and other meetings on a regular basis in the region.

Hours: 22.5 hours per week
