Graduate Teaching Assistant Position - Full-Time - Kensington

We are seeking an empathetic and confident Graduate Teaching Assistant to join our prestigious all-boys school in Kensington from September.

About the Role:

This role is based within a secondary school known for its high standards of behaviour and academic excellence. You will work either in the SEN department as well as in mainstream classrooms, providing crucial 1:1 support to students with additional needs, including autism and learning difficulties. Your understanding of neurodivergent children and young people will be key in helping them thrive in this structured environment.

Requirements:

• A degree in any field, especially psychology, science, maths, english etc.
• Experience working with children or young people in any capacity.
• Advantageous experience: Tutoring, caring, SEND support, or other roles involving young people.
• A strong commitment to supporting the development and well-being of students.
• Empathy, patience, and the ability to manage relationships with confidence.
