Position: Teaching Assistant Start Date: SeptemberLocation: SEN/SEMH Schools in Croydon, LondonPay: £85 - £110 per day (dependent on experience, location, and school)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students with a variety of additional needs in their educational journey.
• Assist teachers in creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students as needed.
• Foster positive relationships with students to help them feel welcome and valued.
• Adapt learning materials to meet the individual needs of each student.
• Encourage and motivate students to engage actively in their learning.

Desired Experience:

• Previous experience working with SEN or SEMH students is highly desirable.
• A patient, empathetic, and positive approach to supporting students with diverse needs.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members.
• A genuine passion for education and helping students overcome challenges.
