Key responsibilities of the position will be creating a learning culture & experience for pupils who find it a challenge to engage with a full programme of onsite learning, and to work with pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis to reengage them with onsite learning. The successful candidate will also work closely with the SENCo and Curriculum Deputy on targeting and agreeing a programme of support and intervention for students, off and onsite.
