Are you passionate about shaping the future of apprenticeships and work-based learning? Oaklands College is seeking an experienced Partnership Delivery Manager to lead high-quality apprenticeship programmes. If you thrive in building strong industry relationships, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Partnership Development:

• Build and maintain relationships with employers and industry partners.
• Identify new partnership opportunities to grow apprenticeship programmes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align activities with strategic goals.

Programme Delivery:

• Oversee the onboarding and delivery of apprenticeships, ensuring compliance with ESFA funding rules.
• Design and implement bespoke apprenticeship programmes.

Operational Management:

• Manage delivery staff and resources to meet apprentice and employer needs.
• Set and review performance objectives for staff.

Quality Assurance and Compliance:

• Ensure delivery activities comply with internal and external standards.
• Prepare for external audits and inspections, including Ofsted.

Financial Management:

• Manage the budget for delivery activities and monitor financial performance.

Personal Attributes:

• Strong relationship-building, communication, and organisational skills.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in managing apprenticeship programmes.
• Understanding of ESFA funding rules and Ofsted requirements.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in quality assurance.
• Relevant qualifications at Level 4 or above with advanced IT skills.
