Personal Development Coach
37 hours per week, 40 weeks per year (term time)
£29,403 per annum pro rata, £25,939 per annum actual

An opportunity has arisen to join our team at City College Norwich (Ipswich Road) as a Personal Development Coach. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is seeking to provide pastoral and Personal Development support to our students.

The ideal candidate will be able to provide learning and coaching for students with their personal development and you will be required to plan and deliver group sessions to support the delivery of the personal development framework which builds upon personal development, behaviour and attitudes of our students. You will also hold 1-1 sessions with students focussed around their progress on the programme of study, set targets and undertake action planning etc.

You will work closely with other Personal Development Coaches to provide a consistent approach whilst also liaising closely with teaching staff to ensure you have access to all relevant information required to make tutorials meaningful and have impact on students performance.

Applicants should have a degree or equivalent qualification and/or recent relevant vocational experience.
