Behaviour Support Role - Southampton

Engage Education is partnering with a forward-thinking primary school in Southampton, seeking a dedicated Behavioural Support Mentor to work within Upper Key Stage 2.

At Engage, our team has earned an excellent reputation in the local area and is now looking for Behavioural Support Mentors to contribute to the positive progress and attainment of students.

  • Ability to form strong and professional relationships with colleagues and children
More About the Role
  • Earn up to £500 per week
  • Support on a one-to-one basis or in small groups
  • Work with other staff to engage pupils and minimise disruption
  • Assist pupils with behavioural needs such as Autism, ADHD, or Learning Difficulties
