Health and Social Care Lecturer (Maternity Cover*) - St Austell - Salary: up to £29,402.10 FTE per annum (£15.28 per hour) based on experience, sector and teaching qualifications - Hours per week: up to 18.5 hours per week (across 2.5 days) based on teaching qualification held - Weeks per year: 52 - Closing Date: 21 August 2024 - Interview Date: week commencing 26 August 2024

Based at our St Austell campus, we are seeking a dedicated, experienced and qualified person to join our growing team as maternity cover in the first instance but with the possibility of additional hours.

Teaching on the full range of 16 - 18-year-old T Level Foundation Year (Level 2), Technical Extended Diploma Level 3 and T Level programmes you will be keen to provide high quality education that inspires using your current experience in the sector. You will engage with all aspects of the teaching programmes ensuring that students participate in innovative lessons that motivate whilst also supporting progression and achievement.

Ideally, we are looking for someone who also has a clinical/Health and Social Care qualification and experience, teaching qualification (or experience of teaching/mentoring) and an assessor qualification however a sector qualification and recent experience is the most important.
