Based at Cornwall College Camborne, we are looking for an experienced individual to join our growing Electrical Installation and Maintenance delivery and assessment team.

As an Assessor in Electrical Installation you will be responsible for student progress through their apprenticeship, this will include visiting apprentices on-site to carry out assessments, working with them to complete their portfolios and preparing them for their assessments, providing learners with the maximum opportunity to succeed. The College values team-working where staff work together in a supportive environment to provide the best learning experience for our learners.

Applicants must have electrical installation qualifications to Level 3, including NVQ, together with a verifiable and varied history of post qualification experience, and be willing to travel throughout Cornwall and Plymouth, therefore a full driving license and own transport is essential.

The ideal candidate should have a verifiable CV of industry experience in Electrical, be qualified to Level 3 NVQ or equivalent and hold or be willing to work towards, an assessor's qualification.
