Based at Cornwall College Camborne, we are looking for an experienced and self-motivated individual to provide prospective students, curriculum teams and external agencies with high-quality support in relation to the processing of applications for those wishing to study within The Cornwall College Group.

Our Admissions service is mainly electronic and therefore we are looking for someone who enjoys data inputting, has a keen eye for detail and able to work under pressure at key points throughout the year. The role mainly involves working with applicant data and liaising with the college curriculum teams to support processes throughout the learner journey to enrolment. You will also be responsible for processing applications for our degree level courses here at the College and familiarising yourself with UCAS (The Universities and Colleges Admissions Service) processes. You will track the applicant's journey from the initial application being received, to sending out offer letters. Multi-tasking is an essential requirement as this is a fast-paced environment.

Applicants must have a Level 2 Business Administration related qualification, related admin experience, excellent IT skills using Microsoft Office including Work, Excel, Outlook and Teams, and have achieved GCSE Maths and English at grade C/4 or above or equivalent. Experience with databases would be an advantage however full training will be provided. Applicants are also required to have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively and confidentially, verbally and in writing. An understanding of FE funding is desirable but not essential.
