What will you do? - Develop and implement a forward-thinking curriculum that surpasses industry standards.
- Lead improvements in teaching, learning, and assessment, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Collaborate with the IEG Executive Team to create a curriculum strategy aligned with local and regional needs.
- Oversee quality assurance to maintain high standards and drive positive change.
- Inspire and guide staff to deliver exceptional learning experiences.
What are we looking for? - A seasoned leader with a proven track record in senior management within the FE sector.
- Extensive knowledge of curriculum development, implementation, and quality assurance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, translating strategy into effective action.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal abilities.
