Part time HR Business Partner
20 hours per week, 52 weeks per year (Wednesday to Friday)
£34,912, £36,860 per annum pro rata

An opportunity has arisen to join the busy HR team at City College Norwich on a part-time basis. The role of HR Business Partner operates across all of the College's campuses but is based at the College's campus in the centre of Norwich. The role provides high level technical advice and support to line managers on a range of workforce issues, as well as taking the lead in particular areas of HR.

Applicants should be fully CIPD qualified and will have recent experience of managing a varied HR caseload and an up-to-date working knowledge of employment legislation. Experience gained in a public sector environment and of using an integrated HR and Payroll system such as MHR i-Trent would be an advantage.

This post must be worked over 3 days Wednesday to Friday, although the hours worked on each day can be flexible. As the College is a front-facing service, it is expected that staff are in the office for the majority of the time.
