You will be flexible in your approach to adapt to the various levels and needs of learner.

The post-holder will be expected to deliver highly effective teaching, learning and assessment across the Full Time and part time ESOL curriculum (E1 L2 Functional English) and be a part of a successful team of staff to contribute to the College s expectations of quality.
