The Campus Community Officer Supervisor will play a pivotal role in fostering positive behaviour among students and enhancing the overall campus culture. This role involves directing a team of Community Officers in daily campus duties, including security assessments, daily patrols of the college estate, reporting student misconduct, and responding effectively to incidents and emergencies.

We are seeking a highly motivated, personal and experienced Campus Community Officer Supervisor who will lead by example, setting high expectations for Campus Community Officers. You will be driven by results and from seeing positive changes and impacts that this role and your campus influence will have upon our students, both by providing a safe and secure place for them to study and as a well respected and trusted member of the college team.

The College is committed to safeguarding children and vulnerable adults and will undertake an Enhanced DBS, safer recruitment vetting and online checks for all successful candidates.
