1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant - Maidstone

Full-time - £83.33 - £90 per day - September 2024

We are working with a fantastic Primary school in Maidstone, recruiting for a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to work with a pupil in Year 5. This is a full-time role and will be temp-to-perm for the right candidate. It's a September start and shortlisting is happening now!

If you have some experience working with children with SEN or challenging behaviour and want to have an immediate impact on a child's life in a positive way, then this could be the role that allows you to do that! The school is easily accessible via public transport and has onsite parking,

Requirements

• Experience working as an LSA/SEN Teaching Assistant would be highly desirable.
• Holding a L2 or L3 Teaching Assistant qualification would be highly desirable but not essential.
• Experience working with children with ASD, Speech and Language, and Behavioural Needs are highly desirable.
• Experience working with children with SEN within an education, pastoral, or personal setting would be highly desirable
• Either have, or be willing to get, an enhanced DBS on the update service.
• Must have right to work in the UK
