Art and Design Lecturer to join our vibrant Visual Arts department! This is your chance to inspire and guide the next generation of artists, helping them develop their skills and talents.
What you'll do: - Develop and deliver engaging Art and Design courses across various levels.
- Create a supportive and stimulating learning environment where students can thrive.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and manage the Art and Design curriculum.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students reach their full potential.
Who you are: - Hold a degree (or HND) in a relevant art and design field with recent industry experience.
- Possess a teaching qualification (PGCE/CertEd) or a willingness to obtain one (we can support you!).
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for teaching.
- Be a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Be adaptable and able to cater to different learning styles.
