Residential Officer

Permanent/ Term Time only plus 4 weeks - 18.5 hours per week

£24,066 - £26,294 - Pro rata

Based at St Albans Campus

Key Duties

Residential officers are required to positively engage with residential students and deliver enrichment activities. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated staff to promote positive behaviours and support student transition into independent living.

Required Skills:
• Substantial experience of providing enrichment activities working with a diverse range of young people particularly those in the 16-19 age range
• An active interest in sporting or enrichment activities
• Experience of delivering workshops and organising activities
• Ability to drive a minibus (after training) )
