About the role:

As a Registry Manager at Houghton Learning Hub you will play a pivotal role in the success of the students through:
  • Managing the submission of the College's ILR and EAS claims in accordance with the ESFA's schedule.
  • Supervising the download all of reports following submissions to ESFA.
  • Supervising the production of export files ready for import into College Information Systems of submitted data in accordance with an internal schedule.
About you:
  • Advanced user knowledge of Relational Database Systems
  • Producing exports from third party systems
  • Running optimisation and maximisation exercises
  • Good understanding of agency funding rules
  • Recent experience of managing staff in a computer-based environment
  • Recent successful experience of complying to local and statutory regulations
  • Good IT skills including the ability to manipulate data using Microsoft Excel
  • Experience of working in a customer focused organisation
  • Knowledge of data protection legislation
  • Ability to work unsupervised and to deadlines
  • Ability to demonstrate competent planning and organisational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively face-to-face, on the telephone and in writing
  • Ability to work successfully with people from a diverse range of backgrounds
