As London's environmental college, the College plays a vital role in the green agenda for the capital, equipping the next generation of land-based sector workers with the skills and knowledge needed to preserve and protect London's wildlife, national parks and green spaces.

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Capel Manor College and we are now seeking to appoint an Attendance Coach to help monitor and record daily student attendance and lead initiatives to boost overall faculty attendance.

The Attendance Coach plays a pivotal role in monitoring and enhancing student attendance within the College. Responsibilities include accurate attendance tracking, proactive intervention, and leading initiatives to improve overall attendance. The role involves being the primary contact for attendance matters, creating a positive attitude towards attendance, and managing attendance data. The Attendance Coach collaborates with students, staff, and administrators to address issues and promote a culture of punctuality.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in an educational or training environment and have strong administrative experience. Additionally, they will hold effective communication and organisational skills alongside the ability to develop positive working relations with individuals at all levels.
