We currently have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our team on a part-time, permanent basis, working closely with our Head of Inclusive Learning and Development to adopt innovative approaches to manage, develop, and promote Learning Support across all of Plumpton College's campuses.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in ensuring that students with SEND are assessed effectively and that their progress is monitored. They will work with the Head of Inclusive Learning and Development and Leads to ensure that students' learning needs are met through provision, planning and monitoring, through ILPs (individual learning plans), mirroring of final exams Access Arrangements in 1-1s, small group support, and bespoke support sessions as required.

The successful candidate will have an extensive knowledge of SEND and the EHCP review process, will be familiar with all legislation. We are seeking a professional, hardworking individual who will be a confident team player, passionate about delivering the best possible support to our students.
