About the RoleThe Sheffield College are currently looking for a Student Records Manager to join the team. In this role you will manage the effective collection and maintenance of data for timetable, registers, enrolment and examinations for the Adult Skills Funding.
This is an exciting role within the College where you will be involved in the implementation and progress of strategic development plans which are designed to maximise specific ASF delivery. This is a fantastic development opportunity as you will have full responsibility for the effective collection and maintenance of data for enrolment and examinations.
Key Responsibilities - Produce and present accurate monthly performance reports against specific targets.
- Operational management of the collection and processing of student data.
- Manage and maintain documentation on operational procedures and technical guidance on computerised systems .
- Ensuring the collection, processing and storage of data complies with data protection and external audit requirements.
- Obtain accreditation and approval of specific programs relevant to project with various awarding bodies.
- Implement Registration and certification of specific learners with numerous awarding bodies.
