We have invested significantly recently in our engineering curriculum, ensuring we have the best equipment available for our learners to be able to work with, making them industry ready.

Our successful candidate will have experience of delivering and / or leading programmes in engineering within a Further Education setting, along with the ability to manage, motivate and get the best out of a talented team. Key to success will be reshaping the curriculum to ensure it meets evolving labour market priorities, encompasses innovation and provides an excellent student experience, as well as further establishing valuable relationships with employers and other external partners. A forward-looking mindset, with the ability to develop new offers and optimise opportunities is key, as is the drive and passion to lead their curriculum areas to strong and sustainable outcomes.
