Job Description: We are seeking an inspirational and passionate Year 4 Class Teacher to join our committed team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to our Year 4 students, ensuring a stimulating and safe learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of pupils.
• Create a positive classroom environment that promotes active learning and encourages pupil participation.
• Manage behaviour effectively to ensure a good and safe learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and coordinate activities.
• Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and other stakeholders to support pupil development.
• Participate in extracurricular activities and school events.
• Commit to ongoing professional development and stay abreast of educational best practices.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching qualifications.
• Experience teaching at the primary level, preferably with Year 4.
• Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment methods.
• Excellent classroom management skills.
• A passion for education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
