This key position supports the design, implementation, and management of digital and simulated learning solutions to meet the college's training and development needs. Serving as a technical expert, the Technical Integration Specialist will manage learning systems and connectivity, manage and implement projects, and develop innovative technology learning methods and approaches.

As part of the Digital Transformation Team, this role involves close collaboration with various stakeholders to identify, manage, and support the development of engaging content and the deployment of innovative technologies that drive learning outcomes. Coordination with the cross-college IT Solutions team is essential to ensure effective communication, information sharing, and process compliance.

 Administering and maintaining our digital learning management system (LMS) and other learning technologies.

 Customising and configuring the LMS to align with organisational goals and user needs and integration with a range of hardware and software.

 Troubleshooting technical issues and providing user support for digital learning platforms.

Required Skills:
• The successful applicant will have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/computer science, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Pro suite or similar & Educational Virtual Learning Environments.
• A good understanding and working use of learning platforms, (ideally Canvas) and associated learning tools, utilised to develop digital materials and learning content/activities to agreed style guides.
• Knowledge of IT principles, concepts, and methods; requirements gatherings, systems testing and evaluation principles, methods, and tools
