We are recruiting a Learning Mentor to join and work as part of the Learning Support Team at Hertford Regional College (HRC), Broxbourne campus. As the Learning Mentor you will support College achievement, attendance, and retention strategies by providing high-quality pro-active learning support.

About The Role
The Learning Mentor is about encouraging and supporting learners to stretch themselves and achieve to the best of their ability. On a day-to-day basis you will provide support for learning that contributes to an outstanding student experience from the start of the college journey to progression into further study or employment.
We are looking for a dynamic individual, that can work autonomously, as well as part of a team. The successful applicant will be well organised with the ability to plan and adhere to time schedules. Previous experiencing working with students, is essential.
About You
As a Learning Mentor you will support learners to achieve their potential by offering one to one tuition and workshops.
You will also provide support for learning that contributes to an outstanding student experience from the start of the college journey to progression into further study or employment.
