This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to share their knowledge and skills with students, helping them to maximize their potential and progress towards their future study and employment and to grow the vocational area within the College.

The successful candidate is likely to be professionally qualified in the subject area with relevant industry experience and have a real passion for the subject and vocation. We are also looking for someone who can network and work with local employers to help create a curriculum that is rich and varied and contextualised against the backdrop of the relevant vocational industry.

Experience of training and/or a teaching qualification would of course be a real asset, but we are happy to mentor and support the successful applicant to help them quickly achieve their teaching qualifications to ensure that teaching sessions are highly effective.

The role is likely to include teaching adults some 16-18 year old students and will be based in our dedicated land-based campus at Easton College in the village of Easton, close to Norwich and main transport routes of the A47 and A11.

If you would like to discuss the role prior to applying, or if you have any questions about the position, please call Mathew Scott on 01603 773512.
