Customer Service and Team Leading Lecturer – Prison Education – HMP Grendon and Springhill

(Fixed Term Contract for 12 Months)

Location: HMP Grendon and HMP Springhill, Grendon Underwood, Aylesbury, HP18 0TL
Hours: 37.5 hours per week – Fixed term for 12 months

Salary: Up to £36,890 FTE Subject to experience

Milton Keynes College have an opportunity for a passionate Customer Service and Team Leading Lecturer who believes in the power of transforming lives through learning. If you can effectively engage with learners and can demonstrate excellent classroom management skills, we would like you to be part our education team based at HMP Grendon and Spinghill. You will be connecting with learners in a professional manner, supporting them with their learning, enabling them to achieve success through not only qualifications, but developing the confidence and softer skills that they can apply to employment as well as other areas of education.

As a Lecturer, you will be delivering a variety of topics including, but not limited to, the following areas: delivering effective Customer Service, training in team leading & supervising others and cleaning principles. You will be delivering engaging and exciting classes to diverse groups of learners within the prison.
