Job Title: School Receptionist and Admin Officer
Location: Aldershot SEN School
Salary: 1700- 1800 per month
Contract Type: Temporary, with the opportunity to go permenant
Start Date: 04/11/2024

At U-Educate we are dedicated to providing a nurturing and supportive environment for our students with special educational needs. Our passionate team works collaboratively to empower each student to reach their full potential. We are currently seeking a compassionate and organized School Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, students, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls and inquiries, providing information and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain accurate student records and ensure confidentiality at all times.
  • Assist in administrative tasks, including attendance tracking, filing, and data entry.
  • Handle general office duties, including ordering supplies and maintaining a tidy reception area.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, ideally within an educational setting is desired but not essential - any experience is welcome!
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students, families, and staff.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Empathy and understanding of the challenges faced by students with special educational needs.
  • Proficiency in using office software and technology.
