Job Title: Catering Lecturer (C&G Levels 1, 2 & 3)

Salary: £150 - £210 per day (depending on experience)
Contract Type: Full-time, until Christmas

About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Catering Instructor to teach City & Guilds Levels 1, 2, and 3 in Catering. This is a full-time position until Christmas, offering a competitive daily rate based on your experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences in catering.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum standards.
• Assess and monitor student progress.
• Provide support and guidance to help students achieve their full potential.

What you need:

• Ideally, a qualified teacher with experience in teaching catering.
• Alternatively, significant industry experience in catering, professional cookery, chef, or patisserie roles.
• Must hold a Level 3 qualification in catering or related fields.
• Strong industry background is essential.
