+ Skill Supplement of up to £3,000
Permanent – Full-time – 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
About the role
You will teach Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, as well as related subjects, to students at levels 1 through 3. This includes ensuring that English and Maths are appropriately integrated into the curriculum, supporting the holistic development of students' skills.
About you
You will be educated to Level 3 or above and/or a professional qualification in relevant subject area or equivalent and have industrial experience within the plant maintenance/electrical/pneumatic engineering sector along with experience of working with young people.

From September, up to £6,000 will be available for teachers working in key STEM and technical subjects such as maths, construction and engineering, as well as early years education, as part of the government’s drive to recruit and retain the best staff, the Department for Education announced.
