Are you a practical, hands-on individual with a passion for maintaining safe, secure, and welcoming environments? Join this dynamic primary school community as a School Site Manager and play a key role in ensuring the school campus is always at its best!

• Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and cleanliness of the school grounds and buildings
• Manage and coordinate site security, including alarm systems and key holding
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
• Liaise with contractors and external services for repairs and renovations
• Support the smooth running of school events by setting up and dismantling equipment
• Manage stock levels of cleaning and maintenance supplies

• Previous experience in facilities management or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance
• A proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving
• A friendly, professional attitude with good communication skills
