The ideal candidate will have industry experience within the Protective Services such as Police, Fire, Ambulance or Military Services for example. They will possess the flexibility to adapt to the various levels and needs of learners. You will be expected to deliver highly effective teaching, learning and assessment across allocated courses, programmes and subjects and be a part of a successful team of staff to contribute to the college's expectations of quality. Training and on-going professional development will be provided to support the ideal candidate for this new role.
