Trainer Assessor Agriculture - Part time

This post will plan, co-ordinate, train and assess a highly effective training, learning and assessment experience across a range of apprenticeships to ensure learners maximise their potential and make positive progress and achieve timely success.

You will lead a range of courses including; General Farm Worker Level 2 and Livestock Unit Technician Level 3 apprenticeships. Your input will be vital to ensure the apprenticeship Standards we deliver are up to date and to launch new programmes.

The ideal candidate will have strong industry experience in the agriculture sector, with specific experience of working on livestock farms. You will be enthusiastic and passionate about education and be willing to take on additional staff development to enhance your own skills. You will also have the opportunity to drive the department forward and make a difference within a fast-growing educational sector at a successful College.
