Job Title: Electrical Lecturer

Coyle Personnel, one of the UK s leading family-run staffing solutions providers, is currently seeking an experienced, passionate and skilled Electrical Lecturer to join our Further Education sector at a campus in North West London. Role Summary:

As an Electrical Lecturer, you will be required to deliver NVQ level 1, 2 (and if experienced level 3) learning sessions to students of varying ages. This role requires a positive and friendly individual, with the ability to nurture and inspire their students

Responsibilities:

• Deliver NVQ Level 1, 2 Electrical Installation lessons to classes of approximately 25 students
• Assign work tasks for each session
• Able to demonstrate key elements of the session in an easy to understand format
• Complete work risk assessments and ensure safe working practices with consideration for the environment and others' safety.
• Provide support to Curriculum Managers and the wider college support network (e.g. Support Technicians, Senior Leadership Team and HR) as required
• Assist students to complete course work
• Guide students to completing assessments

Requirements:

• Good all-round technical ability with hands on Electrical Installation experience
• Hold Electrical trade qualifications.
• Experience of training others within the Electrical Installation industry
• Lecturing experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Comprehensive understanding of health and safety within the industry, with the ability to implement control measures at the site level.
